IMO- I was looking back at some press releases, news, etc. it looks like they only went public Sept '06. This is an educated guess, but I think they were small and probably going to air on a "small" network - now this was before they went public. I bet this thing was bigger than they thought it would be and they pulled back purposely to go public and make it even bigger and go with a bigger name network, etc. It makes sense and truthfully, I think Spike TV approached them as well as a few others... IMO. MIMI, seriously, you look back and tell me your IMO..
