I have never understood blaming toxic lenders for dilution etc. No one made Michery sign the note.

"Full DAQ compliance could've been had last year if scumbag DM had done the obvious with a better RS instead of making 'drug deals' with his scumbag toxic lending buddies to milk investors with multiple rounds of dilution."

The question is why did Michery not arrange Mezzanine financing with real lenders.
