Do you remember the sarcastic giggle when we were informed that Mikah is a private company ??????
Well, that's true, it is a private company BUT the CEO and Chairman of the Board at Elite Pharmaceuticals knows what Mikah paid and The Board of Directors also knows what the price was when it was offered to Elite !!!!!!! Why should that information be kept a secret from Elite's shareholders ???????? Who does the Chairman and the Board of Directors represent ?????????????
