Luck was on my side. It seems like my timing for reentry is at the rock bottom, and once again. If the standard three-day naked short rule applies here, then tomorrow they will likely engage in a settlement. I've got plenty of cash on hand just in case they decide to push it lower in the morning before covering the naked shorts. The SEC considers this practice potentially abusive and detrimental to market integrity. However, given the SEC's questionable reputation, the three-day naked short rule, which aims to prevent such behavior, might not be effective in this case. LMAO:))
