Yeah that particular publication and request for information 60 day comment period is for the overall critical mineral industry, but what about our particular mine?
We are already in the EXIM process (9 months from application date), and I don’t see anywhere, where it says 60 day comment period for the ESIA. I assume it would be 30 days after publication that the request for information come to work conclusion and then it would be another 30 days after that for it all to wind up.
That’s just my wild guess.
Too much information to look through lol. I’ll go with your 90 days and just be pleasantly surprised for once, if it’s less than that.
