The people that will move this have been loading for a couple weeks bud. Good traders with big money have been in control for a while now.

They cause the flush then buy up as many shares as possible.

Need to realize that MMs can see every order on L3. If they see enough sell orders between 007-008 they will drop it down and steal those shares.
