It'd doesn't make sense to you because that isn't what's actually happening here. There's no dilution. You can dilute something that's essentially nothing....aka .0001 bid. There has to be a price for dilution to occur. Until then, it can only be accumulated. Yes, they can expand the OS, but that's relative to who controls the supply
