She hurt her chances for relisting today. I'm not saying she can't. Just stating the obvious, she shot herself in the foot for no apparent reason. The problem everyone sees is why not on a Friday, anytime but not to halt humungous volume. That was egregiously counter productive. Oh well we await news, hopefully stellar. Should be if the jungle telegraph is accurate.

This was a form PRE 14 A , which as you can guess, means a temporarily form. Normally 10 days after the PRE 14 A , they file the definitive form 'DEF 14A'. Which will include the exact dates. But I follow your opinion, because it would be logic, that they would file the DEF 14A, after they put out the ONTARGET trial results. Who knows maybe today.

It would be a DISASTER, if she waits till after the DEF 14A, when she has to AGAIN mention reverse split... So fingers crossed that they know what they are doing
