That is incorrect.

It is silkworm-silk with a very small dash of spider DNA mixed in (<10%).

Calling it spider silk is fraud (or bait-and-switch at its best).

Than is actually incorrect as well. It is silk work silk with a percentage of spider silk protein embedded in it. Which does factually make it at least proportionally spider silk. It my only be 10% spider proteins but what percentage of spider silk do these proteins typically make up in actual spider silk?
