This is what disturbs me:

The length of time that you have been here.

Knowing that anything could be announced anytime.

Knowing that you were a moderator.

I am sure that you have attended past SHM.

I am sure that you have made friendships with others here.

Knowing everything you know about this company. What they own by the IP's, and, it seems as though you are walking away.

Assuming now,(I know what happens when you assume) that you possibly know that current mgmt can not turn this around, could be the only possbile reason why to back out now.


What are the reasons:
They still hold the IP.
They have major almost irreversable dilution.
They have not promoted their product.
They choose not to partner.
Possible litigation resolution.
Lack of communication.

IMO, Sad days must be ahead.
