I bought today through Vanguard Brokerage Services. I had to place the trade verbally with a broker rather than on-line.
No Problem.

Bigstud, I believe Ameritrade is the only place which doesn't allow you to buy HMGP. My buddy had the same problem. He transferred his entire account (lots-o-$$$$) to another brokerage just because of HMGP. Ameritrade cost him some serious money because it took Ameritrade nearly 2 weeks to complete the transfer and he didn't get in until about .20 later on his BEST buy and then with only about 1/4 the amount of shares he wanted. He isn't happy with Ameriturd at the moment.
