There's no guarantee anyone sold at a loss. The share price continues to drop, and I'm sure many had sell orders at a 100% gain. Many shares were bought up at .0002 and .0003. With the company failing on so many previous promises, I can understand some people wanting to exit positions in fear of another blunder.
I am not selling in hopes the merger actually does happen, but my average is also pretty low. I will take the gamble still being up over 100%.
