If there was such an interest and demand for this stock, seeing how it's a "billion dollar" company coming in, lol, then one person's position would NOT have dragged the SP down to this level. But this just goes to show, there is just not much buying interest here.
The narrative of a billion $ company merging has run its course. There is no belief of that now. It ran hard from trips, but as peeps actually looked into the validity of the claims, they just fall apart.
