Heck, why wouldn't he wait those extra couple weeks so then people would have several more paychecks to "draw from"?

A March 15 announcement is 2-4 wks before most OTC's Q4's are filed, and good ones will draw investor $$$ their way. IF that's Sharp's thought he likely has good news to impart. I may be overthinking. Maybe not. IMO.
