I still think Mr McKays silence is overridden by his timely updates to the OTC markets. Especially recently when he updated some key nomenclature other than share structure . I think it's his way of communicating he's active without giving away any plans for competitors to plot against.

Sh!t.... I hope I'm right about the notes getting paid off too haha! Mathematically, the numbers do make sense though. I actually think my initial guess was high by a couple hundred thousand shares.

I also do not understand why they wouldn't just pay off the loan, unless the lender really wanted shares and it wasn't Chad's choice or decision? I suppose that could have just been the original terms with Ladin.

Anyway, glad you find some value, or at least entertainment, in my rambling nonsense 😂🍻
