Supposedly there are ALOT of family members of the CEO who own ALOT of Shares. Don't see Management here doing anything negative towards Shareholders, IMO. Look at the history of No RS That, IMO, speaks volumes here in the Shifty, Shady OTC where RS are commonplace.
Their SS was really sweet, like 70MM OS. There never was much of a market for their shares, and they had some success, acquired alternative funding, so there was no reason to remain a public entity. Selling control of the ticker was a good move for Keith as the company owed him $100’s of thousands. The new company didn’t even assume any debt.
The stock more than tripled in the weeks after the RM occurred to .75, so those that bought shares for salvage operations were thrilled.
Those that bought for the mushrooms should have done their DD.
