When Jaguar was granted FDA approval for the Crofelemer for the purpose of controlling Diarrhea in patients with HIV/Aids before they announced the Phase III results of that drugs trial and it was submitted to the FDA.... they presented their Phase III findings at the AACR convention and then announced the results publicly...

There is strong reasons to believe that will happen again with this Phase III... I would have to list all of the DD that has been posted on this site to make it 100% clear to you and anyone else asking that question, which by the way is a very good question... but the reason as stated above is why we all think it will happen... and the timing of the 8-K that was released on Friday.
