I hope this rolls! I'm a glass half-full but also half-empty guy. I got called out on that. :) I'm cautiously optimistic. I'm always suspicious when there is absolutely massive volume early on, in 50 million share blocks, and then suddenly it stops. We're seeing that today. I might add around 3:45ish today. I want to see where the volume goes from here. I've seen this kind of weird activity in other OTCs. Why the massive volume in the first half hour and then it just goes quiet? What do you make of that?

…dang 7 billion diluted last 3 months, more to come…just be careful as if you buy here you cant sell for profit unless it goes to .0002/3….did you look at their filings before buying? There is a reason…toxic notes pages and pages and proof of 7 billion dilution last three months…i just dont want newbies to get stuck in something they may not understand…:

…and lol 30 billion AS…….because it has $315 million in accumulated liabilities…(!!) and $30 million in working capital deficit ? :


The accompanying CFS have been prepared assuming the Company will continue as a going concern. The Company has an accumulated deficit of $314,837,377 and has a working capital deficit of $30,311,629 as of September 30, 2023, which raises substantial doubt about its ability to continue as a going concern.




There are literally too many pages of convertible debt that i couldnt read anymore……just anyone new beware of this…..if they diluted lol 7 BILLION shares, somehow…in the last only 3 months…(thats an insane amount of course one for record books) ..what do YOU think will keep happening when they have so much convertible debt?
