All signs point to that. I can't remember who approached me to buy this back then. It may have been StervC. I just grabbed some on a whim and been downhill ever since.

My take is their experience is the key to building this company. Financials are now clean (audits done) little debt if any and they will get rid of the niche products lines that have little roi and take up their time and focus on big markets, diapers, odor control, fire

THEY have acquired some great product lines thus NEED MONEY to develop markets. Hence the audits IMO.

So one can expect they will be doing some sort of raise, be it in a S1 registration, stock subscriptions, Preferred class offerings, Form D or Regulation A ???

Takes time and they are spending their OWN money so far. They dont care about market...YET.

Ducks are inline, just a matter of time as AGAIN, THEY DIDNT DO ALL THIS FOR NOTHING.

Some here just dont have the patience to let this play out. AT this entry PPS how cant you ??

Go flip some other sh^^%% stocks, this one has good leadership and care about their financials.
