I didn't have any reaction to the RSV shot but then I don't have GBS. The risk disclosure form I signed specifically mentioned GBS as a risk factor for adverse reaction. Same for the Covid shot. Sorry that you had to endure that.

You have my sincere sympathy for what you are going through; however, I disagree with your premise. The impetus for the new RSV vaccines was not to replace lost COVID revenue; rather, the timing of the RSV launches happens to coincide with the fading of the COVID pandemic. The clinical trials for the RSV vaccines now on the market (or soon to be on the market) began before anyone had even heard of COVID.
