Yes janice, share offerings are the kiss of death on the major exchanges.

As soon as news like that is released longs dump and shorts go berserk driving the share price down.

Good thing CYDY is on the OTC...if not, with all the numerous offerings, this junk would prolly be trading at a penny right now.
