Any Sec filing relating to hold? Yup, saw that a minute or two after a 424B3 was uploaded to EDGAR yesterday.

Yesterdays filing danced right around being specific about it...you know, like a shifty motherfucker that had something to hide.

Reminds me of the good ol NP days when filings prs and tout videos were based on whats being said on message boards.
