It's really not hard to see the game plan here. Put a few hundred million shares out to sell, then put out PR's every few days about great things happening. Sell the shares until they are gone and then start walking back all the PR's and giving excuses how they can't be completed on time. Finally, just stop mentioning them at all and then people will forget them. It's been going on for years now. The only acquisitions that ever get completed are newly formed companies that only ever produce 0 and will eventually be divested. Total scam. I hope HD files a lawsuit. I'll join in on it even though I have much less invested here than he does.
