I think I read somewhere that Halvorson put $14k into BLLB, yes? She also wound up with the 51% preferred vote share and the 99 preferred shares that convert to common at 1 million for 1 (990 million). And now, Lily R has those.

So what did Halvorson get for her $14k and years of work? Or did she just hand off this ''free ticker'' and her shares to the next guy/ gal?
