On asian stocks like $JL, it's my opinion that there are investors that invested prior to the IPO, and probably have shares at next to nothing, and that's why these type stocks sell down and down. But if those pre-IPO shares ever get exhausted, it can be free to go up. But some of these early investors get shares at like 50 cents.
