I don’t have an answer other than it’s appeared to show trip 2 ask trip 1 bid in the past couple of weeks on occasion but I’ve never actually seen the price at trip 2 during this timeframe. Then just like that the price will get back down to no bid on a small sell. I don’t know what any of it really means
