And even if you aren't afforded the opportunity to buy back in at a lower price, personally in most of my stock trading I am quite happy to buy a stock that is appreciating price, even if I missed the absolute bottom.

Bottoms are only recognized in hindsight anyway.

I see that we once again we have a PR with no indications of resultant revenues, if any. For all Neomedia bothers (deigns is perhaps a good word there) to share with us, this is another freebie to gain exposure in Mexico.
