renaissance I am surprised about the same things. I wonder if those who buy this kind of stock are generally too ignorant about fundamentals to be able to assess the news. There have been lots of assertions by bashers that the information coming from the company is false. The new news is obviously not false. The information is about facts in the USA. It would be too stupid to claim this sort of cooperation with local authorities it the information had been false. Moreover, it is stated that work on the property will begin in a few days. It will presumably be easy to check it that happens or not.
I guess lots of bullish posts weeks ago were to try to pump the stock price. Now there has been no new information for some time and little to write about by longs who have given up pumping the pps.
