As stated, it was a math question and clearly did not expect an answer. However, someone with such a rudimentary grasp of reading comprehension should have at least picked up a clue. So, for amateur hour classes today we shall ask a more direct question, how many shares are necessary to pass a corporate resolution?? Second question, is a shareholder wide vote necessary if a majority voting block already exists to pass a resolution??? Hopefully , you now get it and end this ridiculous discussion relative to the insignificance of your lol vote!!
