Again, that is the norm with these stock... The average time to get a drug to market is 7 year... and in that time most company's have no revenue stream, so they sell shares to stay afloat and keep the trials going, this company has a small revenue stream, but it also has made several bad convertible debt deals. Throw in the gold mine that shorts have here and you have the perfect storm for having to do a revers split... they have done 3 since 2018... but they are doing their best to hang on for just one last trial results... if they get it and if they can get it before time runs out and they are delisted, which will force a reverse split , then they will never have to split again and all of this back and forth about 6 cents will be long forgotten memory.
