Looking at the annual again, and like you pointed out before Appie - the preferred shares to Ed and Calvin Wong along with the 3.5 billion common shares (restricted) to Icelounge date back to May of 2023 and have never been explained in the filings as to exactly what Icelounge brings to the equation for GEGP.
