Wow….less than 30k outstanding shares?? Now that would be pretty interesting. I’ve never heard of a share count that low.

CEO should announce and start the share buy back program NOW! And announce, FOR SURE that NO RS will occur. This will give shareholders a great deal of confidence and the share price will sky rocket immediately! IMO.
