Thank You otcsource as ive asked that same question repeatedly on this board also..... I and others here have been called "morons/liars/idiots" and everything in-between when we provide facts to back up our claims of what a great company KEGS is.

I understand there has been a blog post and a news article about the CEO of KEGS, but that was about 15 years ago and there were no criminal or civil charges filed (to the best of my knowledge).

I will Kindly refer you to these posts on January 4th 2024 when certain posters here were being called liars right after I invested:

when the next report comes out we will know if 1812 On The River LLC is owned by 1812 Brewing Company or not. from what I can tell it is going to be owned by KEGS.

KEGS (operating as 1812 Brewing Company, Inc) owns a few subsidiaries and when the Annual Report comes out it should show 1812 On The River LLC.

1812 On The River LLC is at the same address as KEGS is at and the CEO is Thomas W. Scozzafava (same as KEGS CEO). 1812 On The River LLC was just registered on 11/30/2023 (initial DOS filing date).

So there are connections with KEGS and they are very solid connections.
