If you believe the chicken feet and sugar contracts then Park loves investors like you. Then you are both gullible and naive.

Where did the capital come from to execute the contracts?

Do you believe the Commodities Exchange just gave Park the contracts and told him to pay them whenever he had a chance.

Why isn't there any details about the contracts?

"CLEARWATER, Fla., Feb. 09, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- JP Energy Global, PTE, LTD, a wholly owned subsidiary of JP 3E Holdings, Inc., formerly Spooz, Inc. (OTC: SPZI), confirmed the shipping dates to fulfill five (5) contracts for Grade A Chicken Paws to China. The total value of the contracts is $182,000,000 of revenues."

This is meaningless - who is the buyer?

And the gross profit is $32,000,000 - but they didn't pay for the contracts or pay the Brazilian company for the chicken feet.

"CLEARWATER, FL / ACCESSWIRE / December 26, 2023 / JP Energy Global, PTE, LTD, a wholly owned subsidiary of JP 3E Holdings, Inc., formerly Spooz, Inc. (OTC:SPZI), is pleased to announce executing a $53,460,000 commodity contract for Grade A Chicken Paws... received and confirmed by the seller through KEB Hana Bank Singapore for a total of 5 refrigerated containers for chicken paws"

So each of the 5 containers has 10.3M worth of chicken feet.

All of the contracts are fake.
