Unfortunately, the majority of OTC investors ARE fools. And yes, the scammers are very amused when their idiotic promotions and stupid PRs actually work to sell millions of shares.
Anybody could google what the natural, background levels of lithium are....and that rock they issued an entire PR about was right in the middle of the range for naturally occurring background lithium. They should have just lied and said it was 44 percent lithium, not 44 ppm lithium. Or maybe they didn't know the difference themselves between ppm and %? OTC scammers aren't exactly very smart either. They don't need to be.
