That’s not a document from a Regulator, that’s the same nonsense distributed around iHub for 2 decades. Interesting to read the continuous conspiracy theories, first it’s counterfeit shares (that’s been debunked), massive shorty on a .0001 stock, now it’s cellar boxing.
Again, Please show a regulatory document actually from a regulator describing the term "cellar boxing"?
It would make sense all the negativity on this board seems to coincide with all these leverages. RS/Debt/ and keeping stock ticker low so new issuance can't raise as much capital.
