Look at what they actually said:

They haven’t said DS is bio-compatible. They have said they will start looking into the problem some time in the future.

Once again, KBLB doesn't produce spider silk. They are trying to produce silkworm silk with a dash of spider DNA mixed in.

To say that it is spider silk is fraud (or bait-and-switch at best).
