I've read it a few times. The shares were never returned when you add them all up. Otcmarket updates daily. They stayed in the restricted and yesterday 80 million became unrestricted. 4,001,817,059-old o/s 2,411,817,059= 1,590,000,000 + Gene and Brian's "restricted" shares 378,500,000 = 1,968,500,000 + new unrestricted(with the 80 mill) 2,036,319,231 = 4,004,819,231. I'm off by 3,002,172 shares un accounted for.
