Yea, I have no idea. Just about deleted it to be honest because I wasn't expecting anything more than a advertisement. But when I opened it I was surprised to see a proxy vote.
I have to imagine Schwab knows the game rules, so if they sent it out it must be on solid grounds. Or someone screwed up.
