I'll remind you that Bryan Wilkinson did the exact same thing. Showed his account and the OPEN MARKET shares bought (these don't have to be held or have restrictions because of the open market purchase) He even went as far as putting then on the disclosures. Then the very next quarter he had already sold them and they weren't disclosed anymore.
