Let's see what happens when the proxy comes out, probably next week. In the past I believe that there have been shareholder votes that have resolved quickly well in advance of the scheduled special meeting. I don't believe that this one will take very long since this vote is on the essence of why people invested. A single no vote would surprise me. If they hussle out the proxy this could be a done expeditiously.
