They just can't split it on a moment's notice, correct? On the last one (4 for 1 split), they did a proxy statement on April 23rd, 2021. Then it was announced in an 8K on 05/21/21, on condition of approval from a shareholder vote at the annual meeting on June 3rd, 2021.
