As far as Share Structure, one can only imagine what its at right now. Last Friday there was a tweet saying "audit almost done" yet I haven't seen any audit released on OTC Markets website.

I sold all my shares today, someone on a different board pissed me off so I bought more of that stock! You should know what board im talking about!!!!!

I was intrigued about the "Open Market Buybacks" on PR released on 2-6-2024:
