I agree PB, as I said in my previous post I think they have submitted the appeal and are waiting on the NASDAQ to grant them a hearing or tell them they are rejecting the appeal.... NASDAQ has in all my years never rejected an appeal for anything that has the ability to be appealed...

I believe the short sellers in webull and Robinhood would have to cover before going to otc.
Since shorts have to buy to cover and you can’t buy otc on them brokerages they would have to cover soon.
I know for s fact all my JAGX shares i owned on webull were shorted.
