In a nutshell, The Chairman of the Board at Elite should not be doing ANYTHING that involves Elite, behind the back of the shareholders he is supposed to represent !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If the Chairman of the Board at Elite knows how much SunGen was asking for their 50% of their Adderall, he should NOT keep that figure a secret from the shareholders ...... The conflict is when the CEO is the one doing deals involving Elite and then hides behind "Mikah is a private company" when asked how much he paid for the Adderall ... The Chairman of the Board at Elite should share that information with the shareholders !!!!! CONFLICT OF INTEREST ...........

I was checking some of Nasrat's stock ownership disclosures with the sec and the one that really caught my attention is that - he still has "79,008,661 shares issuable upon the cash exercise of the Series J Common Stock Purchase Warrants (which warrants have an exercise price of $0.1521 per share of Common Stock), which became exercisable on December 5, 2019"

So... we're looking at $12,017,217.34 cash inflow if he exercise the warrants. What if he makes a proposal to use this as payment in part or full for the other 50% share of Adderall? JTOL
