And its down 83% today... should I start making wild speculations that it is being delisted and somebody knows something? lol

I've stated nothing other than facts and just asked straightforward questions.
Facts: The stock is dark and was taken dark in the 15-12G filing back in early 2021 and was delisted to the Expert Market a few months after.. No other financials, news, or company activity since then other than an officer update last year . Company listing is in default and no registered agent.

Yes, Lazar was custodian and cleaned it up and sold it off to a Chinese holder and nothing happened since. And dark/defunct absolutely means something because there is nobody there who is or cares to file anything to bring the shell back up to date and in compliance for listing.
