You ask “Why sell MIKAH at all then ? “. I agree that Nasrat has the option of keeping Mikah if he would rather have the income stream rather than the lump sum from selling that company. What I don’t think he will do is sell Mikah’s share of Adderall to Elite. BTW, I know he has said previously that the BOD at Elite made him an acceptable offer. That deal was never finalized. IMHO it won’t ever be finalized. In the meanwhile, Elite is doing great. Sales are growing. Elite’s portfolio of drugs is expanding. These are good times for Elite shareholders.
