They have to file a 8-K tomorrow at the latest stating if they appealed or did not appeal The reason is that its an unscheduled event and shareholders must be informed... The previous 8-K that I posted said they had to the 22 to file the appeal... if its not filed tomorrow then on Feb 26 we will begin trading on the OTC

This presents an opportunity to purchase at a low price and sell at a higher one. Honestly, we're currently at the rock bottom. Even if OTC shares are being heavily beaten down, any further drops are likely temporary. If you view this stock with a long-term perspective, there's nothing to be concerned about. Heck, I need a lot more cheap shares, but I am not going to jeopardize your investment for my gain. Patience is the key, and waiting is the hardest part of an investment.
