And this has been pretty much constant for a while now which again should generate the questions of who and why. I think when idiots stop selling to the accumulator in the .009s that this will move up nicely. It's obvious the buyer wants more and when the shares are not there he will go get them. The permit is no longer an issue. It's just a matter of when they get started filming and digging.
