This thing ain't moving unless the incoming company, whoever that is, can updated shareholders with some developing news that keeps the narrative alive. They can't let the cat out of the bag just yet, but want the SP to run higher. Maybe FINRA will come through with the name change. That could help boost this faltering SP a bit now.
